2 semesters down....

I finished my last summer final today. 2 weeks to breathe before fall semester..... (You can't hear it, but I'm breathing deeply.) It's been a rough semester!

Psychological Experimentation

I took Caleb and Avery up to my college Monday to use as subjects in my advanced developmental psychology class. We have a lab with observation rooms so Caleb went in one room and Avery in the other. They were really cute and had a lot of fun answering questions and doing various tasks with the people from my class. I got a lot of comments from classmates saying how cute Caleb was and how much they can see me in him. I love hearing that!

The last couple weeks have been pretty insane. I've written a ridiculous amount of papers and projects and finally finished up my last one tonight. Just have to study for finals next week which will also be a killer, but at least summer semester is almost over. It's been much harder than I thought it would be because of all the work they've had to cram into 8 weeks as opposed to a regular semester.

Oh, and to top things off I have another teacher certification exam this weekend. I'm absolutely unprepared for it, but I'll do my best to pull it off. I did great on my general subject teacher exam a couple months ago and actually got perfect scores on some sections including math, which totally shocked me.

I'll be so relieved when my last final is over next week. Almost there! Then I'll have 2 precious weeks without worrying about school until fall semester starts. It's gonna be a short 2 weeks, but I'm gonna make the most of it. :-)

In Caleb news... he's great, as usual. Still loving gymnastics class and his new preschool. He's happy and healthy so mommy is happy too.
